Firewall or Network?
Some internet firewalls or internet security products such as ZoneAlarm and Norton Firewall etc., may have settings which prevent you from logging in, e.g., a typical use of these products is to block cookies. If you have one of these products you may like to try reconfiguring it or else temporarily disabling it to see if this is causing a problem.

Not getting our Emails?
We confirm registration, successful upload of jobs and resumes. We also send
emails PRIOR to and on the expiration of a job and resume. If you do not get our email:
- Check My Account (Jobseekers) or My Company (Employers) and verify that your email address is correct.
- Is your inbox filtered by BULK or SPAM removal software? If so, did you check in the filtered mail or bulk mail folder?

If you cannot remember the email address you used when you registered, our support team can look up your account details for you. Please provide us with the
full name (Jobseekers) or company name (Employers) you used when you registered.

Can't Access a Job or a Resume?
Most likely, you are trying to access a
resume or job from a "Job Mail" or "Resume Mail" message we sent you a few days or weeks ago. The resume or job listing you are trying to access may have been removed by the poster or it has expired. When a resume or job is removed from our system, we no longer have that information.
No response from the Jobseeker or Employer?
Please do NOT click reply on any message you receive from the Chef2Chef system. Our emails are clearly marked with the Chef2Chef logo. Instead use the links provided in the email to log in and look up the contact information
or to contact them online if that information is hidden.
